Job description
Our Sanitation Techs are a cornerstone to our success as a plant--both to ensure a safe & clean facility, but also for the advancement of our processes and pushing benchmarks for our Master Sanitation schedule. While this role requires basic cleaning procedures and common plant auditing, ideal candidates will succeed on our team if they enjoy variety and are driven by a sense of accomplishment. We are also looking for team members who bring an open mind for learning and continuous improvement. Must be willing to be boom lift/manlift certified, heights up to 30ft. Location: Manufacturing Facility, Blaine, WA: Shift: 4 on / 4 off, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM Wage: $21.06–$22.67/hour + $1.50/hour shift differential (6 PM–6 AM) Bonus: $1,000 sign-on bonus (new employees only) At Nature’s Path Foods, sanitation is critical to producing safe, high-quality organic food.
