POSITION SUMMARY: Nemacolin is in search of a Front Desk Associate who is professional, courteous, and outgoing individuals that will provide excellent customer service to our guests at every touchpoint. This position requires an enthusiastic personality and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. The associate in this role is responsible for creating 100% guest satisfaction by showcasing efficient and effective service at all times. The Front Desk Associate must adhere to policies and procedures that Nemacolin has established, build positive relationships with guests and other associates, communicate effectively on all levels, and demonstrate proficient technical and customer service skills for their assigned area.
