Key Responsibilities: - Greet clients when they enter the store and give a positive first impression - Queue management, appointment management, and accepting walk-in clients - Keep accurate records of client appointments and update changes accordingly - Demonstrate generosity and anticipate client’s needs - Proactively update clients in the outdoor queue when the store is at capacity Competencies: - Communication skills must be strong, and approach must be polite and warm - Proactivity in taking care of customers in a calm, professional, and polite manner - Ability to work a flexible schedule according to needs of the business
