Monday-Friday, 830a-5p (1) POSITION SUMMARY: The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative, inventory, and logistics support for the distribution center. This role ensures accuracy in inventory control, supports customer service and shipping activities (domestic and international), manages various administrative functions, and coordinates property and supply needs. The position serves as a key link between operations, customer service, HR, and logistics to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant warehouse and distribution activities. CORE FUNCTIONS: *Specific responsibilities may vary by site, shift, and business needs. Inventory Control & Logistics: - Investigate scrap, discrepancies, and obsolescence; report and assist with troubleshooting. - Perform and document cycle counts, stock audits, and year-end physical inventories (raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and storage locations). - Communicate shortages and adjustments to scheduling and purchasing to avoid delays or backorders. - Maintain organized records of inventory findings, discrepancies, and resolutions. - Prepare customs paperwork, BOLs, bookin...
