Respiratory Therapy Tech. II 260003CK Description The Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, operated by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), is seeking an experienced Respiratory Tech Therapist II. Join our dynamic healthcare team as an experienced Respiratory Therapy professional. You will leverage your advanced skills in respiratory care, exercise independent decision-making, and provide less supervised care than a Respiratory Therapy Technician I. In this role, you'll directly supervise and mentor junior technicians, guide their work, and offer procedural instruction. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and mentoring new employees. Schedule - Monday-Friday with Weekends Off Day Shift is 7:30AM-4:00PM: Evening Shift is 3PM-11:30PM: Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive): Serve as a technical reference for respiratory care staff by providing guidance, consultation, and direction.
