Reporting to the Cluster Collections Supervisor for France and Benelux, the Junior Collection Analyst will be responsible for maximizing overdue fund collection from customers, primarily through phone calls. The role also involves identifying reconciliation discrepancies, managing disputes, and building strong client relationships.
