General information Name: Crew Delivery Manager Ref #: 60059 Date: Thursday, April 30, 2026: Full / Part Time: Full Time: Description & Requirements: The Crew Delivery Manager supports contact centre operations across phone (Amazon Connect) and messaging (Sprinklr) channels, where Bupa customers engage digitally. Opportunity Snapshot: To drive end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives that require delivery coordination across multiple digital squads, multiple crews, enterprise platforms, Go-To-Market, Legal, Customer, external vendors and / or a combination of all these teams, including other teams not listed. The role is a key enabler of complex digital initiatives by ensuring oversight when initiative complexity goes beyond the capabilities of squad level delivery by digital Product Managers. Not limited to complex initiative delivery, the role is also a key enabler to digital portfolio execution culture by mentoring and coaching other delivery roles, like Product Managers and thus improving overall digital execution capability.
