Neuberger Specialty Finance is a rapidly growing group within Neuberger Alternatives with approximately $4.5 billion in AUM. The Neuberger Specialty Finance platform is focused on asset-based finance (“ABF”) opportunities that are backed by cashflow-producing financial or hard assets. The Specialty Finance Fundraising and Marketing Associate will be part of and work closely with the 16-person Specialty Finance investment team in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. The Fundraising and Marketing Associate will serve as a key point of contact between the investment team and the firm’s global sales team.
