Job Description YOUR ROLE: - The bullet points below reflect roughly 80% of your job. We are a fast-paced company; you may be pulled in a variety of different directions with tasks added or changed. - Provide advanced technical support to the Molding Engineering and Operations team - Complete strategic projects/implement new process utilizing root cause analysis and corrective action tools - Launch new and/or modified processes including: validation of process / development of work instructions / Training / Operation data collection - Lead efforts on top issues in the Molding operations including: Identification, tracking, analysis and action plan collaboration with the molding engineer - Participate/or lead cross-functional team-based improvement projects - Support plant-wide Tru-Improvement initiatives. - Support plant-wide Safety Improvement initiative - May perform other duties as assigned - Must have the ability to support off shifts as needed BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Graduate or GED - Ability to obtain Fork Lift License - Ability to be certified in all LOTO procedures for respective area - Ability to be certified in all jobs of respective area - 2 / + yrs Previous...
