Job Title Surveyor Job Description Summary Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Undertake valuations of healthcare properties for a variety of purposes including secured lending, financial reporting, acquisitions, and disposals. Inspect and analyse a broad range of healthcare assets, assessing operational performance alongside real estate value. Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards. Conduct market research and financial analysis to support valuation assumptions and advisory work. Provide strategic advice to clients on healthcare property investments and portfolio performance. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of service delivery. Collaborate with colleagues across valuation, agency, and capital markets teams. Stay informed on healthcare sector trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics. Requirements: Degree in Real Estate, Property, or a related discipline. MRICS qualified (or working towards qualification). Experience in valuation, ideally with exposure to healthcare or operational real estate assets. Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
