Clinical Director | LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or equivalent | Castle Rock, CO (On-Site) | Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | $115K – $125K | Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead clinical operations at our Castle Rock, CO facility; a 60-bed, full-continuum program offering medically monitored detox (ASAM 3.7), residential SUD and mental health treatment, and PHP across both tracks. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct accountability for clinical quality, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. Reporting to the Executive Director and VP of Clinical Services, the Clinical Director serves as the clinical compass of the facility by shaping program culture, driving excellence, and ensuring every patient receives trauma-informed, evidence-based care.
