Camp Maintenance Camp Kern: Oregonia, OH: Full-Time/Non-Exempt: $13.00-$15.60/Hourly Position Summary: Responsible for overall maintenance and upkeep of all property, facilities and assigned areas. Essential Functions: Qualifications : - Assists the Maintenance Director in maintenance (scheduled & preventative) including but not limited to swimming pools, pumps, plumbing, pneumatic controls, boiler operation, cooling systems, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and asphalt/masonry. - Assists in special projects, including capital projects - Assists in maintaining all grounds including – grass cutting, grass trimming, tree cutting, brush cleaning, and trash pickup. - Assists ranch staff in fencing, hay pick up, and general ground maintenance - Camp vehic...
