Labor & Delivery l Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) **This is an entry-level nursing role designed for newly graduated nurses, with structured training, competency development, and ongoing evaluation guided by a department Nurse Leader.** Join a dynamic, high-acuity Labor & Delivery team at BIDMC, where approximately 4,800 babies are born each year. Our unit delivers compassionate, patient-centered care across a full range of childbirth experiences—from low-intervention births to complex medical and obstetric cases. About the Unit: 14 Labor, Delivery, Recovery (LDR) rooms 3 dedicated obstetric operating rooms 5-bed Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) 8-bay OB/GYN triage area The Care You’ll Provide: Deliver patient- and family-centered care across all stages of labor and birth Support patients with conditions such as diabetes, preeclampsia, and placental disorders Advocate for clinical excellence, safety, and informed decision-making Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Team & Culture: Strong, collaborative partnerships with an interdisciplin...
