This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient experience and operational flow during evening hours in some of the most fast-paced areas of the health system. In this role, you will provide leadership across daily operations, staffing, and workflows, ensuring patients receive timely, efficient access to care. You will serve as a mentor and subject matter expert, supporting staff development, guiding teams through complex situations, and fostering a collaborative, service-driven environment.
