Responsibilities & Qualifications TekSynap is seeking a Senior Cyber Compliance Support Lead to oversee compliance inspections, cyber readiness program support, and development of SOPs. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable. - Eight (8) to Ten (10) years experience in compliance inspections and readiness support. - Proficiency in: Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS); Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS); Host Based Security System (HBSS); Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM). - Experience in Navy compliance inspections. - Strong RMF expertise.
