Job Title Director of Football Scouting Department: Football Operations Worker Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) Pay Type: Salary Benefit Eligible: Yes Job Description Summary: Under the guidance of the General Manager will assist all recruiting efforts while adhering to NCAA, Mid-American Conference, University and departmental rules and regulations. Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist the Director of Player Personnel to provide evaluations on prospective student-athletes - Establish and maintain effective relationships with coaches and individuals associated with prospective student-athletes - Help implement recruiting and communication plans for prospective student-athletes - Help maintain the football recruiting databases and ensure all information is accurate and up to date. - Assist with official and unofficial visits to campus and scouting visits. - Assist the Director of Football Operations with other administrative duties associated with practice, competition, and football related events and projects as needed. - Other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach.
