About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on results-driven Operations Manager to lead our daily field operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of operational excellence – overseeing teams, optimizing processes and ensuring we deliver safe, reliable and high-quality service to our customers. You’ll work closely with drivers, dispatch, maintenance and customer service teams to meet performance goals while maintaining a strong culture of safety and accountability.
