Job Description Junior Travel & Expense (T&E) Specialist Team Leader: Dariusz Cetnarowicz Your Responsibilities: - Activation, changes and deactivation of employee profiles in SAP Concur, - Auditing expense reports according to Travel & Expense Policy and company standards, - Posting expense reports into various ERP systems, - Performing reconciliation reports, - Managing Service Now – ticketing system, - Contacting with ADM Employees to provide expense reports support, - Preparation of reports for the needs of the T&E team, ADM locations and Audit department, - Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process, - Supporting T&E team in the month-end closing activities. Your Profile: - Previous experience in a Shared Services and international environment (would be an advantage), - At least BA degree, - Fluent English-spoken and written, - Problem solving and “Can do” attitude, - Good organizational skills, - Ability to communicate effectively, - Good MS Excel and Power Point knowledge, - Self-starter with ability to manage own workload to meet agreed deadlines, - SAP Concur / Travel and Expense process experience is a plus.
