Company Description The Manager, National Business Operations is a high-impact role within the Strategy & Planning team that directly supports national business initiatives and leadership priorities. This position functions both as a strategic operator, driving key cross-functional initiatives, and as the operational backbone of the Strategy & Planning team, ensuring effective coordination, clear communication, and disciplined execution of priorities. The Manager will oversee the day-to-day implementation of strategic initiatives, manage team operations and planning routines, and produce high-quality content and insights to support leadership decision-making. Job Description: STRATEGIC INITIATIVE SUPPORT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Support the execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives led by the Strategy and Planning team. Translate strategic objectives into structured work plans, timelines, and measurable deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Shared Services) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
