ABOUT THIS POSITION: Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and services on the Waystar Claims platform. You will contribute to C#/.NET microservices, event-driven messaging, and SQL Server data tiers, working alongside senior engineers and architects to deliver reliable, high-quality healthcare revenue cycle solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities: Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and services using C#/.NET. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and teammates to understand requirements and deliver well-scoped technical solutions. Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to Waystar's coding standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews, giving and incorporating constructive feedback to maintain code quality. Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Waystar's software development processes and tooling.
