Party Hosts report directly to the management of Surge Adventure Park. The Party Host is an exciting position where you will be the “Face of the Place.” You will have direct contact with the parents and children at the parties. Your job is to ensure the expected party experience is met along with the following duties. Party Host reports directly to the GM (General Manager). Party Hosts are expected to: - Represent Surge by maintaining a professional attitude and appearance in keeping with the Surge Standards. - Review schedules prior to the events and ensure that each party is greeted by name. - Meet the birthday family at the door, with a positive attitude, ready to assist with unloading the car with any and all-party supplies. - Maintain good multitasking skills while providing exceptional customer service to multiple parties at once. - Greet party guest as they arrive and ensure that they have been checked in with a cashier. - Validate that all guests have recieved wrist bands and socks. - Great communication with the Party parents throughout the party is expected.
