Position Overview: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale recruiting for a fast-growing multi-unit service organization. This role is responsible for building recruiting strategy, managing recruiter performance, and implementing systems that support high-volume hiring across multiple regions. You will partner closely with Operations leadership to ensure we attract, hire, and onboard top talent efficiently while maintaining a strong candidate experience. This role is ideal for a recruiting leader who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and driving measurable hiring outcomes in a high-growth environment.
