Job description

Your Role: At STABL Energy, we are building modular battery systems that rethink how energy storage is deployed and scaled. Our cloud platform connects, monitors, and operates these systems in the field — forming the digital backbone of our products. As Team Lead, you take end-to-end ownership of STABL’s Battery Cloud — the platform that connects our fleet of battery systems, processes real-time telemetry, and enables operational excellence through internal tools and customer-facing services. You will lead a small but highly capable team (currently 2 engineers) and remain technically hands-on. This is a startup leadership role: you set direction, make architectural decisions, and contribute directly to implementation. You operate at the intersection of IoT, distributed systems, and product engineering — bridging embedded edge devices, AWS infrastructure, and user-facing applications.
