We are looking for an IT Specialist! (Remote - LATAM) Join one of the leading and fastest-growing private interpreting companies in the United States! We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, work-from-home IT Specialist to support our technical operations and help ensure seamless service delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to interpreters, assisting with day-to-day issues related to internet connectivity, PC or headset setup, audio problems, and more. - Supervise and monitor Mattermost channels, ensuring technical issues are addressed promptly and without delay. - Collect and review system check pictures as part of the onboarding process for new hires. - Perform maintenance tasks on HLS’ servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Set up emails and user profiles for our direct clients within the Boostlingo portal. - Ensure our company website remains up-to-date, online, and functioning correctly. - Provide technical assistance to clients through our HelpDesk line, resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
