We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Managing Director to serve as the Global Head of Advisor Experience, responsible for transforming how financial advisors operate in a modern, AI-enabled wealth management environment. This critical leadership role operates within a hub-and-spoke model, where specialized product teams develop domain-specific capabilities (investments, lending, banking, etc.). This leader will own the horizontal experience layer, ensuring all capabilities converge into a single, seamless, and highly productive advisor experience. This individual will play a pivotal role in advancing Citi’s strategy to deliver a unified advisor desktop, powered by cutting-edge data, artificial intelligence, and automation. The Head of Advisor Experience will be accountable for simplifying complex workflows, driving widespread adoption of new tools, and unlocking advisor productivity and client engagement at an unprecedented scale.
