Job Description Position Summary: The Supervisor, Accounts Payable manages the end-to-end payment and accounts payable process for Horizon Media’s affiliate companies. The role is responsible for the day-to-day AP function for our growing portfolio of affiliate companies, ensuring payments are processed accurately and on time and maintaining vendor relationships. Responsibilities will include: Payment Execution & Management: - Responsible for the day-to-day operation and workflow of the Accounts Payable function for affiliate companies. - Ensure the timely and accurate execution of weekly payment batches, with a focus on transitioning vendors to ACH. - Review submitted invoices for accuracy and confirmation prior to posting - Troubleshoot and resolve complex payment issues, such as vendor data discrepancies, rejected payments, and compliance flags.
