Production Lead

Job description

The Production Lead Associate coordinates activities and provides coaching to the production line team, working alongside them to ensure maximum productivity and adherence to all safety, GMP, and SQF policies. This role provides essential guidance to ensure the team meets production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: - Coordinate, coach, and guide production line workers to maintain workflow and maximum productivity. - Work alongside the team, stepping in to perform production duties as needed. - Enforce all safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SQF (Safe Quality Food) policies, and PPE/hygiene standards. - Track line count, update production numbers in the computer system, and report any defective materials or questionable conditions. - Train new employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coach the team on company policies. - Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
