Job Title Manufacturing Supervisor Position Overview: Join Shaw’s Synthetic Turf division and help build innovative, high‑performance surfaces trusted by communities, athletes, and organizations worldwide. Shaw Industries is recruiting for a Night Shift Supervisor at our Bainbridge, GA facility to lead a production team on night shift. The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees departmental associates and ensures compliance with all safety, quality, production, waste, attendance, and housekeeping standards. This role supports daily operations, scheduling, and throughput improvements while working closely with other supervisors and the Turf Department Manager. The Supervisor also serves as Incident Commander for the Plant Emergency Response Team. This position is night shift - 8pm-8am.
