JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to assist in safe operation of heavy rolling equipment to compact earth fills, subgrades, flexible base and bituminous surface to grade specifications preparatory to construction of highways, streets and runways. This is a full-time seasonal position. DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform daily equipment walk around and site inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions and keep equipment properly maintained. - Safely and properly perform maintenance on roller. - Safely and properly operate roller equipment. - Safely operate roller in successive overlapping passes over surfaces to be compacted, rolling asphalt to desir...
