Part-time Compliance Inspector

CAMS is part of the Associa family. CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is one of the fastest-growing community association management companies in the southeastern US. We are seeking an experienced part-time (20-24 hours per week) Community Compliance Inspector to conduct property inspections on-site at a Master Homeowner Association in Columbia, SC. The Community Compliance Inspector performs driven inspections of all areas in the community to ensure the Governing documents are being complied with. As an inspector, you are responsible for communicating and monitoring infractions of the deed restrictions. Inspectors must have excellent organizational and observational skills, attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, knowledge of Association governing documents, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and must be comfortable with using tablet software.
