Accountable for achieving financial targets. Collaborates with clinical and operational leaders to identify opportunities, deliver value, and meet patient needs. Influences and negotiates multi-million-dollar contracts while minimizing risk. Supervises, coaches, and assesses team members to improve performance and develop talent.
