GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: The College Connection Coach/Recruiter plays a vital role in guiding high school students through dual credit, dual enrollment, and Early College programs, ensuring a smooth transition to post-secondary education. This position is responsible for building strong partnerships with local high schools, supporting students in their academic journey, and helping them reach meaningful milestones – such as completing dual credit courses, earning a technical certificate or associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College. The coach will develop and implement strategic outreach and coaching plans designed to increase student awareness, access, and enrollment at Ivy Tech Community College. Through individualized support, data-informed interventions, and ongoing engagement, the College Connection Coach ensures that students remain on track to complete high school and transition successfully to college-level programs.
