As part of the credit delivery team, this person ensures Farm Credit East clearly understands the collateral risk position of loans secured by Personal Property and/or Real Estate. The Appraiser or Appraiser Trainee becomes an expert in their assigned marketplace(s) and collateral segment(s) and collects quality sales information to build out Farm Credit East’s market intelligence.
