Job Description: - Handle all back-office activities, - Ensure daily phone follow up with clients, - Prepare, control, register and send out invoices to customers, - Provide administrative support to operations activities, - Liaise with the laboratory supervisor to coordinate the activities, - Support the organization of events such as trainings of externals, - Maintain databases, - Assist and work on various projects apart from main activities, - Ensure appropriate filing and archiving, - Ensure the absolute compliance of his actions with the Code of Integrity Qualifications: - CFC “Employé de Commerce” - 2 years experience - Good command of MS Office tools and MS Outlook - Fluent in French and German, Italian and/or English are a plus - Reliable, flexible and accurate - Team oriented - Customer focused - Good communication skills (oral and written) - S...
