The opportunity Unity is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage Industry sales across the EMEA region. This role will lead an Enterprise sales team while collaborating across multiple internal stakeholders, and play a critical role in ensuring Unity’s continued growth in revenue and market share for our Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management suite. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, deep industry expertise, and a passion for enabling revenue growth in complex environments. What you'll be doing: - Strategic Leadership: Implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Industry sales growth across the EMEA region - Team Leadership: Lead 4-5 Senior Sales Executives and deliver on forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments while building relationships with customer executives and business decision makers - Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure revenue growth through Enterprise deal structuring and executive engagements - Customer Engagement: Support Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to uplevel relationships, increase deal sizes,...
