What success looks like in this role: Architecture & Solution Leadership - Lead the end‑to‑end solution architecture for complex client engagements across hybrid infrastructure, cloud, security, automation, and modern workplace domains, ensuring alignment to Unisys architectural standards and client business outcomes. - Own current‑state and future‑state architecture designs , including high‑level and detailed architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and design artefacts. - Provide architectural oversight across design, transition, transformation, and steady‑state operations for managed services and project‑based work. Client Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement: - Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients, engaging with senior client stakeholders to shape technology strategy, roadmaps, and transformation journeys. - Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and operable solutions , balancing technical excellence, cost optimisation, and risk. - Support RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, scope expansions, and account growth initiatives through solution definition and value articulation.
