Seattle Children’s is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatry-Trained Physician Assistant to join our multidisciplinary South Clinic team. This unique role offers the opportunity to practice across the continuum of care, providing stability and specialized support for children and adolescents navigating various levels of mental health acuity. In this position, your time will be balanced equally between two vital areas: 50% Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): Working with patients who require intensive, daily psychiatric stabilization. 50% Outpatient Psychiatry: Managing long-term care through both in-person and telepsychiatry visits. Key Responsibilities: As a core member of our behavioral health team, you will provide high-quality, developmentally informed, and family-centered care. Your daily impact will include: Direct Clinical Care: Conducting psychiatric evaluations, obtaining comprehensive patient histories, and performing physical assessments for pediatric patients.
