Responsibilities & Duties Include: - Manage end-to-end rental coordination, including enquiries, equipment allocation, availability, and scheduling of deliveries and pickups - Administer rental agreements and lifecycle activities, including contracts, amendments, terminations, rehires, and associated documentation - Coordinate workshop and financial processes, including job pack creation, weekly meetings with stakeholders - Support effective asset and inventory management, including equipment tracking, tagging, and allocation - Provide operational support and insights, including reviewing service costs, assisting with asset replacement decisions, and maintaining accurate syst...
