Department: 34102 Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital - Nursing Float Pool Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 24 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Weekends 09-1730 2- weekday evenings 1800-2200 Holiday Block: Pay Range: $18.85 - $28.30 Scheduled Hours: Part Time; will work two weekday evenings 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm and every weekend Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Holiday Block rotation Education/Experience Required: HS Diploma Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: BLS Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance. For patient lifts of over 35 pounds, or when patient is unable to assist with the lift, patient handling equipment is expected to be used, with at least one other associate, when available. Unique patient lifting/movement situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Major Responsibilities: Safely and effectively ensure activity, ambulation, and mobility of patients.
