Reporting to the Customer Audit and Intelligence Manager, the Customer Audit Intelligence Lead is a senior role within the Finance Group responsible for leading a team of Compliance Auditors focused on identifying and investigating non-compliant and uninsured employers across Queensland. You'll guide, coach, and support your team to deliver outcomes that drive customer advocacy and advance WorkCover's vision to be the best workers' compensation insurer. Key responsibilities include: - Leading a high-performing team of Compliance Auditor professionals to deliver responsive and effective compliance outcomes in line with operational performance targets and customer service standards - Managing the uninsured claim recovery program of work, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes for both the organisation and affected parties - Personally completing complex premium au...
