Job Summary: Vignate Plant is looking for a Financial Controller with manufacturing experience who brings strong analytical capability and sound accounting fundamentals - someone who can move seamlessly between the discipline of accounting and the deeper analysis that drives smarter operational decisions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting manufacturing operations through cost and variance analysis (material, labor, and overhead), inventory and asset accounting, and month-end close activities. Beyond execution, the role plays a key part in strengthening accounting and costing processes, improving data integrity, and enhancing reporting and internal controls that help move the organization forward.
