Our client, a leading independent global investment bank, is actively seeking an Analyst for its Consumer team. The group advises clients across retail, consumer products, food & beverage, beauty, wellness, and e-commerce, and is recognized for its deep sector expertise, strong relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, corporate clients, and private equity sponsors, as well as its successful track record in strategic advisory and transaction execution. The Analyst will work closely with senior bankers and clients across all stages of live transactions and business development initiatives. This role offers significant exposure to M&A and capital raising assignments, with substantial responsibility in financial analysis, valuation work, transaction execution, and preparation of client materials.
