The Position: The Associate Software Developer - DevSupport position is responsible for supporting the ISNetworld application. As a member of ISN’s Product team, you will be exposed to managing tickets, using SQL to identify root causes of issues and troubleshoot as needed. Who should apply?: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university - Hands on experience in writing complex SQL queries to extract, validate and analyze data for root cause identification - Knowledge of T-SQL; writing queries, stored procedures, and functions - Working knowledge of web development (ASP.NET web forms, MVC, C# or VB.NET a plus) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - A passion for customer service - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Solid analytical and problem-solving ability Primary Duties & R...
