Overview At FutureCare our Clinical Education Specialist work in partnership/collaboration with our healthcare staff members to ensure they receive the proper skills and knowledge to provide care and support for our residents through FutureCare’s corporate compliance standards. They work independently under limited supervision to design, develop, implement, and evaluate education programs based on adult learning principles within the ANA professional development scope and standards of practice, Nurse Practice Act, and State & Federal Education Standards.
