Work closely with kitchen, front desk, and management. DATE LAST REVISED: 3.10.2025: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Answering all phone calls in a timely manner. Assisting guests with recommendations. Taking guests’ orders with 100% accuracy and ensuring timely delivery. Assist all other associates in ensuring they provide the highest customer service. Track order deliveries and pick-ups to ensure standards are met.
