Join our team as a Senior, Accounts Payable Analyst! In this role, you'll optimize business processes to streamline vendor payments. Foster relationships with stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate payments. Mentor, lead and provide training to other members of the team. Support the AP supervisor and provide coverage for time off. This position is based at our Home Office in Calgary. Alberta. What Will You Be Doing?: - Acting as a bridge between the Accounts Payable, Purchasing, IT and Finance departments to implement new systems and/or process improvements - Coordinating and troubleshooting with supplier enablement activities using the Coupa application - Overseeing month end process and ensuring deadlines are met - Coding expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries.
