OpEx (Operational Excellence) Performance Improvement Coordinator Altrad Hinkley Point C We are seeking to strengthen a dynamic improvement-focused department currently delivering several high-impact initiatives using Six Sigma principles. These projects, and the follow-on improvements they enable, will give the successful candidate the opportunity to help embed and mature Six Sigma methodologies across one of the UK's most complex construction environments. To be successful in this role, you will ideally hold a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess strong networking and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Apply Six Sigma principles to support the delivery and adoption of DMAIC project management. Coach teams to adopt data-driven problem-solving approaches. Identify and prioritise process improvement opportunities. Plan, facilitate, and drive Six Sigma improvement projects through to completion.
