Microsoft Partnerships Program Manager – Global GTM Enablement Location: New York / Chicago / Charlotte (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Technology & Engineering | Type: Permanent Drive global Microsoft partnership execution to power Financial Services growth. The Role: Capco is seeking a Microsoft Partnerships Program Manager to support the execution and enablement of our global Microsoft partnership strategy. This role focuses on go-to-market (GTM) execution, partner operations, sales enablement and performance tracking, ensuring consistent collaboration between Capco and Microsoft across regions. You will work closely with global and regional stakeholders to operationalise co-sell motions, improve pipeline visibility, and embed Microsoft-aligned propositions into Financial Services sales and delivery teams.
