Our Group Maintenance Team is looking to hire a hybrid, full-time, Group Maintenance Specialist to assist in the processing of group information and claims by entering, maintaining and monitoring group information in the claims processing system; controlling group claims and assuring proper and accurate benefit determination, group billing, and broker information. This position researches and resolves claim suspensions related to group structure issues and adjudicates claims. This position will work on-premises at our Concord, NH headquarters and hybrid, from your home in NH, when deemed appropriate by the manager. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future. The Group Maintenance Specialist position earns a competitive salary at $25.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
