Description Job Summary: ? As part of our retail team, the TX, FL & DC Regional Manager is responsible for developing extraordinary Store Managers, creating great customer experience and impacting growth across Longchamp Boutiques through outstanding service. The ideal candidate is committed to client service, demonstrating a strong understanding and passion for luxury goods and fashion. You will oversee retail store operations of a given district/region to maximize sales and profitability, define strategies to drive retail store sales, manage leaders in the day-to-day performance of their jobs and develop diverse teams that know their markets, communities and customers.? Must be comfortable travelling approximately 70% of the time to the TX, FL & DC Region.
